Sales Executives (Outdoor) - Telecom

الوصف الوظيفي
· We are looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Can handle sales reporting, work on CRM and keep a track of all clients and purchase orders, promotions, promotional spend, device/product launches.

· To sell products and services to the Business Customer (Door to Door & Tele sales)

· To achieve monthly sales targets (Target based job)

· To ensure the customer is fully informed of the details of the product / service you have sold to them.

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements

· Proven experience as Outdoor sales representative or other sales/customer service role

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Driving License & own transportation will be the plus

· Demonstrated experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection especially with irate customers

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

· Call Center experience is an advantage.
