Our client is a Training and Consulting company. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
Create new business through existing and new clients
Proactively provide clients learning and development solutions as well as reactively respond to client requests
Hands-on experience in the design and development of training programs and initiatives in response to changing needs
Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution, and review are met as per the clients’ needs

المهارات
Preference:

Arabic Speakers
KSA Experience preferred

Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
Experience in selling Digital and E-Learning solutions
A strong background in delivering towards revenue targets
