Implement strategies for acquiring new talent working with agencies where required.
Right time onboarding – minimizing the start-up costs.
Develop a unique culture at both restaurant support level and the stores delivering a high-end level of customer experience.
Formulate the interview techniques/seeking the most appropriate candidates.
Devise an onboarding policy, induction and training. Deliver training programs where necessary.
Ensure Operations team is appropriately certified.
Responsible for obtaining visas, work permits and other required documents.
Maintain employee records as well as the training materials keeping confidentiality at all times.
المهارات
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Experience in a Human Resources / Training role in the food service industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the hiring process
Expertise in HR policies and procedures and understanding HR best practices
Familiarity with MS office suite
