We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate, candidates that have experience in the fields of Banking Insurance and Retail sectors can apply

To liaise with clients in order to determine and meet their property sales, purchase and rental requirements
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
To network in order to source new leads; to find clients to sell/lease their properties
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.
To establish and build effective, positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients, developers and regulators.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, Exhibitions, road shows and listing services remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice.

Candidates should be assertive with a passion for sales and excellent customer service
Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

MS Office familiarity
UAE Driving License is a Must
Minimum 2 years of GCC Experience in Real Estate is a must
