Our client is a leading aviation training institute. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sell to B2B2C (university, corporate and students) aviation and aviation-related courses for future career as cabin crew/flight attendant, ground staff, etc.
Help company meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully collaborating the sales team;
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;

Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
3-5 years’ experience in sales preferably in education/training management industry
Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
