Description
• Communication and marketing: ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints and incoming orders across our social media platforms
• Very good back ground in flower, plant and gift industry/ business is a must
• Business Sales Growth: ability to communicate and connect with potential individuals and corporate partners
• Have a good understanding of market trends and propose creative approaches for product designs including but not limited to corporate and private events
• Ensure all orders are on track, delivered on time and as per customer expectation (quality, look)
• Manage all account records and record sales and product costs
• Very good Microsoft office skills: Excel, Power Point and Word
