Job Description:
• SAP HCM implementation experience with Middle East localization
• 7+ Years of experience
• Should be strong in HR functions:
• Research the best practices and technology trends in the HR space specifically hiring, on-boarding and candidate experience arena.
• Have regular connects with the candidates, employees, managers / BHR to understand the pain areas in order to improve overall experience through system enhancements / process improvement.
• Collaborate with the HRIT team to design and implement system development as needed as per the business requirement.
• Drive system implementation, enhancement.
• Deployment and adoption of new processes / system enhancements across business formats
