Students Accommodation Sales Executive – KSK Homes – Dubai Apply Here (Click on the Link Below) Student Accommodation Sales Executives We are an established student accommodation provider in Dubai who is looking to transform the life of international students in Dubai. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and convert them to customers while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. You will be highly target orientated and passionate for sales.
Responsibilities:
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through new and existing partnerships * Meet sales targets set (personal and team) set as department targets * Handle enquiries and processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness * Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs * Organize presentations for customer meetings to help grow the existing business * Generate reports with sales data to identify sales progress * Conduct property tours on behalf of the company in online and offline format * Negotiate/close deals with Partners and Direct Clients * Daily management of CRM system to assist in sales
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role * Proficiency in English * Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques * Fast learner and passion for sales * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach * Good interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone * Smart dress code Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * sales: 2 years (Required) Application Deadline: 10/06/2022 Expected Start Date: 10/06/2022
