We are looking for Accountant cum Admin to join our team. A highly motivated & creative individual who wants to grow and make a difference to be based in Qatar. Apply if you possess below qualities:
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Purchase Order & Invoicing
• Must have experienced in Tally and ZOHO CRM
• Good in English Language
• Preparation of Delivery Notes and payment receipt
• Will be responsible for Sales Order and Sales Return
• Must be able to Join Immediate.
• Familiar with U.A.E. VAT
• Experience Inventory Control experience.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Handle queries from managers and employees
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years in experience in accounts and office administrator role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Can join immediately
