Duties & Responsibilities:

Accomplishes Department Objectives by Managing employees, planning

and evaluation Department activities

Ensures a safe, secure and legal work environment

·

Accomplish employees result by communication the KPI, planning,

monitoring and appraising the job results

·

Establish strategic goals by analyzing the financial, service and

operation related information to the business

·

Develops, coordinate and implement system, policies, procedures

and productivity standards

·

Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements,

preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing the variance and

initiating corrective actions

·

Maintain quality service by enforcing the quality and customer

service standards, resolving a problem and recommending improvements

·

Contributes to the team by accomplishing related result as needed

·

Identifies, evaluate and create an options of the courses based on

the market trends
