Key Account Manager (English Speaker)
Main Responsibilities
• Build a long term relationship with the assigned portfolio of customers through phone calls and emails.
• Promote our products and services and handle any issues the customers may face.
• Able to communicate with different cultures i.e Philippines, India, UAE, etc…
• Close sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Effectively manage large amounts of calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Report to the sales manager.
Main Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business or any related field.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Sales Experience is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
