Hiring Financial Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle and Update Site Master Maintenance
• Update list of the sites or sites plan on regular basis
• Prepare and generate monthly report on master data and communicate with business for any inconsistencies observed
• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
• Assist and support in Head Lease and Sublease related entries
• Receive original signed HL and SL contracts/addendums/memos/letters from the businesses.
• Ensure all head lease and Sub lease agreements are entered and finalized in the system
• Ensure proper segregation based on IFRS 16 standard between IFRS 16 and non-IFRS 16 of the leases to ensure correct accounting 4. All head lease and sublease related adjustments (increase/Decrease/Refund/Terminate) are update in the system on time.
• Handle Site Trade License payments and entries
• All trade license system entries to be entered and updated in the REFX system
• Process and account E-Dirham/Tahseel top-ups related to government relation payments
• Verify and process and account Dubai Civil Defense payments.
