We are looking for a Sales Manager (Food Division)
Job Location: Dubai
Desired Criteria:
• Minimum Graduation Degree /Post Graduation in Marketing preferred.
• Must have 5-8 years of experience in FMCG preferably in distributor network in UAE.
• Team Management / Leadership driven / Relationship management / Interpersonal skills and an effective communicator.
• He will be responsible for primary and secondary deliverables of the assigned territory. Has experience in General Trade & Modern Trade.
• Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.
Responsibilities
• Sales deliverable of assigned territory (By Brand / By Channel)
• Proficient in Sales Forecasting, Planning and Execution
• Coordination with Channel Partners (Buyers/Merchandising Managers) for planning, executing and implementing cost effective promotions
• Sales receivables / collections as per defined terms to be ensured to maintain a healthy cash flow and sales on returns.
• Mentor, motivate and guide team members for sales planning, target delivery and promotion executions to maximize numbers
• Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.
