This is a Sales position with a high focus on Accounts Management. Experience in hospitality, banking and/or business setup industry is essential.
We are looking for the ideal candidate, for a new role at Decisive Zone, who will:
Generate revenue and focus on client retention
Maintain renewals percentage
Lead Renewals, Concierge (for VIP Clients) and Banking Services
Develop effective communication with existing clients and act as exclusive point of contact for them
Inspire repeat business from clients (license renewal, ancillary services)
Liaise with all departments to solve clients’ enquiries/complaints
Conduct customer service satisfaction survey with the help of Marketing department to maintain high level of satisfaction and address issues
Promote company new services and products to clients and participating in marketing campaigns
Manage the team tasks assignment and performance review

is a problem solver with innovative approach finding resolution
Ability to ‘build and understand a PNL and identify budget and targets for the department
has Strong verbal and written communication skills
has the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Has proficiency in O365 and Zoho CRM
holds a Bachelor degree (any)
has 3 to 5-year experience in customer relations and services and experience managing a team
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 AED + incentive + benefits
