We are looking for our Sales Champion to lead a dynamic Team of Business Setup Advisors and take them to the next level of performance, dedication and skills.
Our Head of Sales will involve:
Team Management:
Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Create an inspire team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks, develop reporting tools and set deadlines for the team
Manage team performance review and participate to talent succession planning
Business Strategy:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Develop sales policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
Influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets.
Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions.
Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
Participate in industry events to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
Provide input to the Marketing team based on customer and industry feedback.
Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
Business Development:
Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
Enhance customer relationship management (ZOHO CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
Promote positive relationships with major customers and partners to understand their needs.

They have:
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Acute understanding of PNL and budget development
Extensive experience in developing complex incentive matrix
Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Natural leadership skills with lead-by-example attitude
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Minimum 10 years as Head Sales with 5 within business setup industry
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 AED + incentive + benefits
