About The Role
As an operations executive role, you will be responsible to coordinate and ensure that accurate operational procedures are being maintained in the efficient administration of:
Validation of post approval documents (Loan/Lease)
LPO generation for AFF’s lending and lease products
Mortgage registration and removal (RTA & MOI)
DDA activation and payment management
PDC/DDA Management
Fulfill customer requests – Financial & Non-Financial changes during the contract
Early Settlements & DDA Cancellation
Liability Letter
Vehicle total loss
PDC / DDA Swapping
Request for no liability letter
Moreover, you will be supporting stakeholders & customers by adhering to Central bank guidelines and policies
Key Accountabilities
Focal point of contact for all business parties involved in the Auto finance/Lease transaction.
Efficient delivery of Loan process and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Know Your Customer (KYC) norms are followed while processing the loans
Support Operations Manager in optimizing Loan processing, adhering to Operational standards.
Ensure accurate information inputs for mortgage upload in RTA & MOI system
Timely deposition of DDAs and representation of bounced DDAs
Update customer account for receipts and cheque /DDA bounces.
Tracking the repayments and ensure information on defaulting customers are escalated to the collection department for initiating recovery process.
Data validation alongside documentation check at the onset of deal set submission by the Business team
Ensure Turnaround time is tracked and maintained as per stipulated SLA
Communicate feedbacks accurately to the Showroom managers for their subsequent action
Track and Record Showroom manager errors
Recording data in systems and other data sheets as required by business and Management
Feedback on process gaps on regular basis to Operations Manager
Emirati Staff Auto Advance(ESAA) document validation and co-ordination with sales team
Assist the Head Office Authorities with any Project requirements
Evolving together with the growing and changing organisation

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Education-University Graduate
Skills & Experience Essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operations role in retail/consumer banking environment preferably in Auto Loans Operations department
Understanding of contract management process
General understanding of Auto industry.
Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain a good Tracking system on applications for better management of business.
Effective in setting priorities and scheduling activities.
Strong Commercial Acumen
Languages Fluent English. Arabic would be advantage
