We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our friendly, rapidly expanding team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supervising daily operations of customer service
• Handling customer queries related to orders
• Knowledge of finance packages is a must to be able to check client status
• Maintaining customer databases and relationships
• Provide company information and product information to new and existing customers
• Following up with clients and customers on any outstanding orders/issues
• Letting customers know about new products or services
• Escalating queries or concerns to relevant department/person and ensuring they are dealt with
• Trouble-shooting any issues with products or services
• Working with our in-house team on CSR’s and other departments to find solutions
