Tax Accountant

One of the leading logistic service providers with operations across the world is looking to hire a Tax Accountant for their Dubai office.
• Experience in corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and international tax is mandatory.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CTA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, LLM (Tax) or similar (preferred)
• A minimum of 8 years of industry experience or experience in a major Tax/Accounting firm or their affiliate in Tax Function – Advisory, Compliance, Litigation.
• To coordinate tax preparations, filings, and audits across the company entities with country finance leads and local external accounting firms/tax advisors.
• Complete tax reporting and disclosures for financial statements.
• Lead VAT and other indirect ta filings for various countries.
• Liaise with taxation authorities for tax-related matters with adequate supervision and discussion with the Group Tax Manager.
• Knowledge of UAE tax laws and international tax regulations. Awareness of the regulatory landscape in the GCC is required.
