•Review & accounting of monthly vessel portage bill

•Perform monthly crew salary allotment process

•Communicate with ships relating to salary payment & accounting matters

•Timely processing of manning and crewing AP invoices

•Internal control review

•Crew Accounting & operations

•Compilation & review of portage bills for all vessels under management

•Timely processing of crew salary payments

•Checking & accounting of expenses received from crewing office

•Timely processing of manning & crewing AP invoices

•Vendor’s SOA reconciliation

•Communicating with vessels on salary & other accounting matters

•Preparing the crew salary templates for banks/exchanges

•Accounting for crew related activities

•Ensuring adherence to payment and controlling guidelines

•Supporting the crewing team with the designated financial operational tasks related
