Our client is a global Communication Platform in UAE. They are now looking for a Technical Recruiter to join them
.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Recruitment experience
GCC or KSA or MENS Region experience
Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for IT professionals in the UK & EU
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Should ensure to revert submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely
submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
Preparing candidates for screening with the clients.
Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the UK clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
