Our client is a leading brand in Ecommerce sector in UAE. They are now looking for a Program Manager to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is an Individual Contributor role and requires regular weekly interaction with leaders in Operations, Transportation and support functions as well as Worldwide Sustainability teams to drive project implementation and successful deliver.

The role is expected to establish and maintain relationships with 20-30 vendors across Energy, Vehicles and Waste Management, working closely with Procurement and Legal on RFPs and tenders and partnering with functional Project Managers in Engineering, Transportation, Facilities on specific initiatives.

The Program Manager is the primary owner and subject matter expert of a number of key programs focusing on delivery against critical goals.

المهارات
Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business equivalent
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Operations or Procurement including use of performance metrics and/or financial analysis.
End to End project management experience
Prior experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma analytical techniques
Proficient in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or sustainability science
2+ years managing small to medium size (2-8) cross functional teams
Ability to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions
Experience in one or more sustainability fields at a strategic and operational level

Salary:

AED 20000 - AED 25000
