• Assist in taking quotations from different marine travel agents and negotiate prices.
• Assist in finding new marine travel agents to decrease travel cost.
• Assist in finding best ticket rates for company from different sources.
• Assist in booking hotels.
• Manage travel coordination with agents in timely manner.
• Get corporate rates from hotels and different airlines.
• Assist in corporate company travels including visa applications, employee travel arrangements, hotel bookings etc.
• At least 2 years’ experience in SEAMEN’S ticketing OR reputed travel agency is ESSENTIAL.
