Responsibilities & Skills:
• Secure customer satisfaction by Handling digital channels (Live Chat, WhatsApp, emails Cyber Service, Remote Management and visual support) requests and complaints efficiently & promptly to ensure they stay loyal to the brand.
• Establish a diagnosis of the reported faults and communicate the solution if it can be applied remotely where possible, or to establish appropriate resolution/processes to be given remotely to reduce unnecessary service orders.
• OSM KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed OSM KPI targets set by SGE’s management.
• Perform monthly TNA Analysis by product and defect symptom
• Carry out other tasks and assignments that are deemed as laid down in Samsung’s processes
