Sous Chef
We currently looking for a sous chef who has at least 3 years’ experience in Asian cuisine for a new standalone concept opening soon.
Summary of role:
• Assisting the head chef with the daily operation.
• Directing the food preparation & delegating tasks.
• Supervising all kitchen stations.
• Ensuring food quality & excellent standards are maintained.
• Ordering stocks and monitoring stock levels.
• Ensures Kitchen meets sanitary & food safety expectations.
• Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis
• Start Date: Mid July
• Salary: 8k
• Only candidates in UAE will be considered.
