Urgently required Application Support Analyst - Dubai!
Salary - 15K -20K AED
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for availability of T24 core banking application services and application support team SLAs and KPIs
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem analysis and resolution for application problems engaging vendors as required
• Lead critical incident resolution and escalation and participate in major incident reviews
• Improve application functionality and performance and provide suggestions for system and business improvements
• Manage relationships with business users, IT stakeholders, vendors
• Develop processes and procedures for application support
• Delivery of management report on application support and system performance
• Manage testing of disaster recovery plan
• Conduct periodic review meetings with the team to track support status
• Ensure continual improvement in customer satisfaction, deliver high value services and productivity
Key Skills:
• Extensive technical and functional knowledge of OMS systems such as Retail Unity OMS (Architecture, core modules and customization)
• Proficiency in OMS terminologies, concepts, and processes
• Strong knowledge of business processes and technology landscape in banking
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, written and analytical skills
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
