Perform structural analysis and design for different types of buildings in accordance with international standards and codes using engineering programs and spreadsheets.Technical Report Writing and other relevant official correspondence with Client / Project ManagersPerforms, Tender document, BOQ and technical bid analyses. Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction related documents.Carry out site surrey and prepare survey reports Attend technical and progress meetings with other engineering departments, project managers, and site engineers.
المهارات
Proficiency in ETAB, SAFE, and Stad is a mustProficiency in AutoCAD and BIM technology (Revit structure)Strong in the seismic and wind analysis for the mid to high-rise concrete buildings in compliance with American Code using software’s like ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000.Experience in structural repair and strengthening is an advantage Good knowledge in Steel structure, precast, and post-tension would be an advantageExperience with municipality rules and regulations.Candidates must be locally available with some previous UAE Structural Engineer working experience with an engineering consultancy company.
