General Manager (Construction)Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities in the Middle EastProvide leadership and vision and participate in the development and execution of mid- and long-term plans, priorities and goals to consistently meet or exceed overall business objectivesOversee and lead as example in sales, marketing, business development and revenue generation activitiesIdentify opportunities by evaluating key participants, competitive landscape, as well as industry and technology trendsDirect all administrative activities of the company including accounting, finance/budgeting, human resources and ITProvide proactive leadership, professional development and mentoring for the UAE teamCultivate and maintain a positive and productive team-based environment in order to achieve optimum resultsRegularly evaluate processes to drive improvement initiativesManage relationships at multiple levels and disciplinesDevelop and maintain a deep knowledge of the markets, the industry and the individual key players who drive / influence investment decisionsSupport and participate in local and global trade fairs, conferences, etc.Represent the organization in important external business relationships with major clients, joint venture partners and the publicInterface regularly with the headquarters and its international channels and cooperate closely with the colleagues of the global management team, including for sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, market condition updates, and general activity reports
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree At least 10 years of leadership experience in sales management, business development and/or key account management coupled with general management capacityExperience with formwork systems and previous leadership in a multi-channel sales environmentBudget management and P&L;responsibilityStrong knowledge of the targeted markets and applications as well as an existing network of industry contacts in relevant industriesHands-on experience within the construction industry
