We are looking for an Assistant Manager HR
• Assistant HR Manager will act as an employee champion and change agent.
• Should be able to use the full spectrum of HR tools, systems and processes to deliver an outstanding support service to internal customers and management.
• To work with recruitment team to prioritise hiring based on internal needs of customers.
• Create a culture of speed of execution & sense of urgency to deliver results, innovate ideas and build a leadership excellence on all levels.
• Send probation period reminders to Head of Department, Managing Partner & Group HR Manager.
• To respond to queries from HRMS as per SLA on response times for internal customers.
• Ensuring the employee master sheet and folders are updated on timely basis.
• Closely work with the PRO team and ensuring that the visa process for new starters is done within the time frame and there are no overstay fines.
• Introduce the new starters to the management and the head of departments.
• Collecting documents for visa cancellation and handing over to the PRO.
• Overseeing the maintenance and accuracy of the timesheet
• Ensure ex-employees sign the cancellation documents & release the final settlement cheques.
• Proactively follow up with staff who have not submitted documents for cancellation.
• Maintaining employment tracker on daily basis which will have the recruitment, on boarding and visa updates.
• Work on incentives and benefits to drive performance.
• Communication towards Employees in all HR related issues
• Policy development and documentation
• Raise timely request for IT assets, Desk allocation and seating plan for new hires
• Creating HRMS logins for all new starters
• Being a point of contact for all HRMS related queries
• Following up with PRO team for staff visa’s, medicals, visa stamping & EID Issue
• Preparing HR Letters i.e., salary certificate, NOC, salary transfer letter (STL)
• Informing banks when the staff is no longer with the business for those who availed a STL
• Employee passport & visa renewal indication to be given to the PRO team
• Maintain & filing all employee hard and soft files
• Compensation and benefits administration
Essential Requirements: -
• 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources (Min 3 years particularly in Construction)
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Should be flexible with work location
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well alone and under pressure.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

• UAE Labor Law Knowledge.
