Application Support Specialist

Hiring Application Support Specialist in Dubai.
Experience: 5+Years.
Notice period- 45 days.
JD:
• Strong in Linux and Cloud platforms – Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.). Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Having used ECS or EKS in the past is a plus.
• Working experience in Open APIs (3-Scale/APIGEE) and Microservices.
• Experience in production support and operations.
• Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Node.js.
• Knowledge in banking domain.
• Knowledge and working experience in Kubernetes or any other container management tools.
• Experience is troubleshooting Microservice architecture.
• Experience or Knowledge on ticket handling as per KPIs on BMC remedy.
• Experience or Knowledge in ITIL.
• Experience on cloud deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Production support and Operations.
• Should be interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
• Ensure proactive methods for identifying issues.
• Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments
