A leading pharmaceutical & healthcare firm are seeking to hire a HR Head to join their esteemed organization here in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management and act as a HRBP for employees across the Middle East region.
Ensure up to date Labor Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the Business. Lead by example and take on the responsibility of establishing a healthy and vibrant work culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector and must be already based in the UAE.
