03/ 04 Yrs Experience (DMC / Inbound Tourism Company)

Location: Dubai & Delhi

Candidate Requirements:

· Philippines nationality or others also preferred (Male /Female)

· Fluent in English speaking and writing. Additional language will be considerable add value.

· Must have at least 03/ 04 years’ experience in hospitality or travel & Tourism Company.

· Smart, organized, soft spoken, creative, has the ability to work under pressure & handle tough situation.

· Group quotation experience / Group Handling / Email replying / Negotiation with supplier

· Have knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint.

· Have good communication skills with high respect of different culture standard.

· Very good knowledge about local tour excursions in Dubai.

· Preference would be given working experience with Dubai DMC

Job Description:

· Attending day-to-day tour operation coordinator activities with high professional and sufficient way.

· Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with supplier & driver / guide / hotel .

· Coordinate with supplier, Driver& guide for transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client’s schedule with accuracy and quality.

· Must have good knowledge of all tour excursion, restaurants location, hotel location deliver to ground operation in well smooth manner.

· Group handling experience, Group Quotation , Negotiation with supplier & hotels, Negotiation with agent , final confirm the group. 

· Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility to handle it.

· Adhere to Management instructions and company policy.
