Hiring HR Officer. Preferably with UAE experience in medical field. If you are confident and fit for this position
• Prepares job offer letter for all new hire staff
• Assist in the government relations processing of the selected candidates (work permit, visa processing)
• Prepares employment certificate, salary certificate, warning letter, etc.
• Make sure that all the files are completed and up to date
• Register new employee in time biometric capturing for their daily attendance
• Responsible for keeping track of leave such as vacation, holidays, personal or sick leave of employees
• Printing and issuance of the ID Badge.
• Applying the health insurance card of employee upon getting employment visa
• Applying Malpractice Insurance for healthcare staffs
• Takes care of credentialing and licensing of our healthcare staff through the DOH Portal
• Pre-screens / shortlists the CVs from the respondents of the adverts
• Conducts initial interviews with the candidates
• Arranges for the main interviews
• Prepares, coordinates participate in the orientation programs of the new hire
• Other duties assigned by the CEO
