Service Engineer

Service Engineer required for a Water Treatment entity in Dubai
Experience: 3 plus years
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8000
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Job Responsibility:-
• Carry out the job assigned for water treatment, for the assigned customer.
• Liaison with our sales team, consultants, contractors, and our suppliers and provide smooth water treatment to our client.
• Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance and monitor activities.
• Monitoring / evaluating performance and maintaining effective monitoring reports.
• Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas – cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, proves water treatment, chilled water, waste water, domestic water, swimming pool water, etc. providing technical content for operating procedures.
• Carrying out flushing work and supervising the same.
• Look for any additional service requirement for the client.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of water treatment controllers / dosing systems.
• Programming and interface the controller of BMS / SCADA system.
• Knowledge on Ethernet / IP address communication.
• Review current treatment program (case study) and provide enhanced technical support.
• Corrosion coupon monitoring.
• Biological control measures based onsite – spot / lab test methods.
• Calibration of special sensors like PTSA, Fluorometers, Online corrators, Turbidity, ORP etc.
• Coordinating with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting the dosing systems (Controllers, Pumps, Sensors) etc.
