• Experienced in Windows 2012/2016/etc. All versions.
• Support Microsoft Exchange & O365.
• Experienced in VMware.
• Monitor the environment & work on incidents & service requests.
• Experienced in Dell hardware (server & storage).
• Perform Patch Management.
• Support in File Share Server.
