Project Manager

Looking for Project Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Comprehend and effectively manage customer requirements for ELV systems and provide techno-commercial solutions utilizing existing ELV systems.
• Work at various levels in the design and coordination of complex process/s;
• Review the technical requirements and determine the right solution & system for the assigned projects.
• Prepare Engineering deliverables as required in projects.
• Involve in design validation and verification for the assigned projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Building Management System, Security System (CCTV and ACS), Intelligent Lighting Management System, other ELV systems such as Intercom, Central Battery, Structured Cabling etc.
• Strong knowledge of industry fundamentals and business operations; Excellent contracting skills; An understanding of job financial reports and the ability to apply these in managing assigned projects; Strong leadership, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous project management experience
• 8 to 10 years of experience, Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, MS Project and Excel.
• Mechanical, Electrical, General Contracting, Access Control, Surveillance, Data Centre & BMS Background/Experience.
• Construction Project Management Experience or related education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with an emphasis in a technical field.
