Hiring Call Center Manager

Position: Call Center Manager
Requirements:
• University Degree
• Certified COPC (Must for meeting the criteria) -
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in managing government contact centers.
• Experienced and well versed in Dubai Model, Global star rating metrics for services, and the latest industry stranders and trends.
• Excellent Analytical skills proved by in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies in data mining and data science
• Note: If the applicant is not Certified in COPC, the application will be auto rejected.
Salary: 15,000 AED/Month
Language Requirements: Arabic and English are a must
