Jop Purpose:
To provide technical and operational administration to the IT Infrastructure, Datacenter Server Hardware, Software, and data networks
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure
Escalation Support for end user support to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure hardware and software related problems
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Implement, Maintain and administer windows infrastructure computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, and applications software.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
Operate and master Infrastructure Management Consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
Perform routine Infrastructure maintenance startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor in Science Degree with IT
Minimum Experience and Skills
Minimum 2 – year experience in network / infrastructure / hardware
Proficiency of English (spoken and written) Arabic preferable
Technical Knowledge of Windows Operating System
Highly analytical
