Role: Service delivery Manager

Job type: 2 years extendable contract

Work Location: Qatar

Start Date: Immediate joiners to maximum of 45 days’ notice preferred

المهارات
Technologies and Skills Required:

10 years + experience in ITSM
ITIL expert certificated
Management skills
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
