الوصف الوظيفي End-to-end ownership of the Group’s eCom foray in the region. Chasing eCom targets and other business objectives To strategize, conceptualize, and implement the Group’s vision for this channel and eventually ensure greater MS on the online platforms in comparison to offline shares. Identifying potential markets in this region and setting up the distribution channel (eCom platforms, distribution partners etc) with close monitoring of fulfilment rates and inventory checks. Liaising with content team to improve the customer journey while ensuring brand guidelines and standards. Strategize and formulate the Group’s Digital Marketing plan across the Group’s brand portfolio for the MENA region. Complete ownership of digital assets across all online media – brand websites, social media platforms and Google Cloud platforms. Development and execution of digital media plans to enhance brand visibility across the desired TG and closely monitor key metrices like impressions, frequency, reach, CTR etc. المهارات Has knowledge of e-commerce markets, trends and competitive landscape, preferably in the FMCG sector.
