Design Managers

Dar Dubai currently looking for Design Managers to be based in Dar office in Dubai.
Main Role description:
• Acts as primary client main point of contact. Lead the design discussions & presentation with the client
• Manage all the design process from the pre-concept till the project award.
• Coordinates between the stakeholders over the project life cycle.
• Oversees coordination with the project team and the sub-consultant.
• Chair the client meetings and lead the client presentations.
• Manage and oversee the project teams in collaboration with other disciplines to establish design solutions that can be technically implemented within the constraints of the project goals, budgets, available time and within local ordinances and codes.
• Selection of sub-consultants and prepare the scope of sub-consultancy services.

Qualifications:
• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• 10-12 years of experience. (with both Developer and Design background)
• Fluent in English.
