Project Managers

Dar Dubai currently looking for Project Managers to be based in Dar office in Dubai.
Main Role description:
• Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and tracking agreements (including nondisclosure agreements, vendor agreements, services agreements, marketing contracts, and other commercial contracts);
• Manage the design programme from the initiation. Monitor & update regularly the project design schedule.
• Manage the cost and Design to Budget Management during the project phases till the award. Identify measure to remedy any cost variance from the construction budget.
• Manage all the quality procedure / OC / Schedule / Communication protocol.
• Define and control the Project Management Risks and Mitigation Measures.
• Managing and responding to contacts from UAE regulatory authorities.
• Managing all the tender process.
• Prepare contractual and commercial aspects of any tenders
• Prepare and compile tender/contract documentation, with Legal and Finance groups to ensure viability, legality, interpretation and ease of administration.
• Bilingual fluency in English
• Develop the bidders lists, including any pre-qualification exercises and evaluations required.
• Perform tender administration activities, including preparing tender clarifications and conducting pre-tender meetings.
• Coordinate the technical and unpriced commercial evaluation of tenders, and conduct the subsequent priced commercial evaluation of technically acceptable tenders. Prepare the techno-commercial evaluation report and recommendations.
• Review, advise and negotiate revised terms as required.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks of varying duration and complexity.
• Manage to prepare the project reports including the initiation, weekly, monthly, etc. till the completion report.
• Accredited professional degree in Pure Project Management is a must.
• 3-5 years of contracts management experience, in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
