The Grower will manage an indoor hydroponic growing system designed to grow produce for a specific customer to help achieve company’s Mission & Vision.

Grower will be required to maintain organization and control of a Hydroponic Growing System.
Grower will have to manage, seeding, planting, harvest, and delivery schedules for a variety of different plants including lettuce, basil, and other assorted leafy greens.
Grower will use the automated systems that come with the HGS to maintain control of the overall system.
Grower will need to perform basic maintenance on the system and complete tasks such as cleaning grow trays and mixing nutrient solutions.
Grower will receive training to have knowledge of basic troubleshooting procedures for the system.
Follow defined workflows and production schedules to ensure daily volume requirements are met to our high standards of quality.
