الوصف الوظيفي - Strategy - Participates in brand strategy discussions to shape the development & execution of monthly/annual brand plans - Collaborating with marketing + content teams to execute on promotion of new brands - Hustling - networking, cold-reach, and lead generation to help us set up new areas of the business and/or work with new partners - Work with cross-functional teams and management to improve processes, and address pain points hindering the Acquisition process - Operations - Liaise with Operations team to ensure all Catalog Details are set-up and finalised for Brand Profiles - Health - Maintain acceptable levels of Brand Health on the platform by ensuring: - Catalog Availability - Content Accuracy - Image Accuracy - Profile Completion - CRM - Establishing proficiency at using Hubspot & other tools to maximise efficiency, productivity, and automating all repeating processes - Building strong client relationships to maintain & grow existing business, while also acquiring new customers - Contract/Agreement - Ability to negotiate, discuss, and close all topics related to signing on new brand partners - Supports development and execution of new product and innovation launches - Brand Demo’s - Ability to present a virtual tour of the platform, demonstrate Order Management workflow + display excellent knowledge of the Portal المهارات - Solving the interesting and complex commercial problems - Natural extrovert who has high EQ and ability to build relationships - You have a growth mindset, and believe nothing is impossible - You are self-sufficient when it comes to execution - a hustle-oriented problem solver who doesn’t need to wait for help or permission - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment - Highly attentive to detail, with excellent prioritization skills - Highly organized, with the ability to balance conflicting priorities and projects - Excellent Written & Verbal/Interpersonal skills - Strong Interest in Technology Minimum Requirements - Worked as an Assistant Buyer or Junior Buyer for a Multi-brand Fashion Retailer for a minimum of 2 years - Bachelor’s Degree - Fluent in English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/brand-acquisition-associate-4514611/ |
