Required Skills:
• Should have total of 5+ years’ experience in IT Recruitment and at least 2+ years in UAE.
• Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Description:
• Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
• Research into clients company
• Develop and implement strategies based on client’s needs
• Create and post job advertisements
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate
• Follow-up references and check credits
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
