الوصف الوظيفي The position is accountable for business development & growth efforts. The position is also responsible to identify new opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and other business partners. Ideal Profile for the Job: The job holder must have leadership ability, customer centric mindset, business acumen and sales management skills, and in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding business. Key Responsibilities: 1) Proactively manage daily Freight Forwarding activities of the company to include all sea, air, road, and warehousing operations 2) Lead and direct all Sales and Business Development in line with the company strategy to expand their services within UAE 3) Offer competitive products & services to the market through efficient smart pricing policies and innovative operations 4) Actively develop client relationships at a senior level and be responsible for delivering services that meet the market requirements and offering smart solutions to secure new business 5) Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team; train and motivate staff; develop appropriate succession plans. 6) Manage all available resources to ensure optimum utilization. 7) Utilize their existing operational abilities and develop a new operational capability as the business grows 8) Develop, implement, and monitor the processes and SOPs for freight sales & services plan, including the delivery of customer services. المهارات Minimum Experience: At least 8-10 years freight selling experience of Air, Sea and Land in UAE Knowledge: Proven Commercial success in previous employment with a reputable Freight Forwarding business Skills / Competencies: Able to manage all financial & budgetary issues professionally https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/commercial-manager-freight-uae-4513856/ |
