We are hiring a Senior Manager Field Operations
Responsibilities:
• Lead Sales Conversion Initiatives through Service
• Visit Service Centers/shops on regular basis to check the actual situation of Service and check the service awareness
• Evaluate the Service Network on a monthly basis.
• Monitor VOCs, Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Analyze Service performance in terms of speed, quality, cost and customer satisfaction
• Monitor ASCs financial condition and commercial activities closely so that any activity should not impact the company negatively
Qualifications:
• 8+ yrs. of experience in Customer Service with a reputed Consumer Electronics Company
• Driving for results – burning desire to overcome obstacles and deliver superior results
• Creative intelligence – ability to analyze from differing perspectives, create alternatives and develop innovative breakthroughs
• Navigating organizations – culturally aware and agile
