Junior Accountant Role
• Require a junior accountant urgently for a fast growing e-commerce company with operations world-wide with 2-3 years relevant work experience with job description as below :
• Generate all invoices in Xero software with terms & conditions as per jurisdictions with draft emails for customers
• Generate purchase orders for all producers from France, Italy etc
• Apply VAT as per the shipment jurisdiction and send monthly/ quarterly returns as per jurisdiction
• Record daily bank transactions in Xero and match all receipts & payments with clearing bank reconciliations
• Follow- up for supportings with concerned person/department
• Record prepayments and accruals correctly with amortization in subsequent months
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for their requirements
• Prepare monthly cash flows and inter company reconciliation
• Prepare chargeback invoices on a monthly basis to allocate costs as per profit center
• Recording share capital and premiums accurately
• If you have 2-3 years experience in ERP(preferably Xero) , VAT and IFRS and willing to work remotely (for now) on flexible hours based on Europe markets & based in Dubai please send your CV with photograph
