Our client is a fast-growing Fintech business based in Dubai with operations in 17 counties mainly across Europe at present.

With around 150 people working within the business, they are now looking for an HR Director that can take them to the next level in terms of corporate structure. You will be responsible for creating and hiring a team, implementing your HR strategy, including your policies and procedures.

Please note that there will be and reasonable amount of travel within the role, which will including a large amount of time in the UK and Europe.
