Head of Business Development

We are hiring a Head of Business Development
Responsibilities:
• Manage ales pipeline in the UAE, ensuring healthy pipeline traffic and strong conversion and success rates
• Responsible for and accountable for UAE sales targets
• Exploit traditional sales channels to ensure maximum reach out to clients in need and equip them with products
• Strategize and implement the outbound marketing activities and manage online performance campaigns
• Strike strategic partnerships with key e-commerce stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of business development and sales experience. Priors experience in one the UAE’s leading e-commerce companies, platforms, payment gateways or courier services is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
