Backend Developer Team Leader

Group companies in UAE is looking for Backend Developer Team Leader as the following:
• Create an inspiring team environment.
• Set clear team goals based on technical and business discussions.
• Design and develop necessary code and tests to implement the features/functions of the applications/services.
• Adherence to the processes for software development, documentation,
• Configuration management, version control, testing, etc.
• Commitment to quality and timely delivery of assigned work products.
• Work with QA, QC, frontend engineers and other team members to support the
• Testing and resolution of issues/defects.
• Conduct code reviews of work done by other engineers in the team.
• Active Participation in the team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
• BA in any related field > Master MBA is plus
• 7+ years of professional production development experience with leading-edge server and database technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Scala, and Spring Boot, MySQL, and NoSQL databases)Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns.
• Experience with professional production cloud (AWS preferred)
• Experience with RESTful Services and APIs.
